**PewPew Plants**

LayNetGames (MORHALL DESIGN SERVICES LTD)

You can request deletion of your PewPew Plants account and the personal data linked to it. This page explains what is deleted, what we may keep, and how to submit a request.

What gets deleted

After we verify your request, we delete or anonymize:

  • your game account and login identifiers (user ID, server ID, linked Google or Facebook account references)
  • game progress tied to your account (heroes, inventory, rankings, and other gameplay data)
  • profile settings stored on our servers
  • customer support tickets linked to your account

**Important:** deletion is permanent. You will lose your progress and may need a new account to play again.

What we may keep

We may retain some information when the law allows or requires it, such as:

  • payment and transaction records for tax, accounting, or fraud prevention (often up to 7 years, or longer if required by law)
  • security, anti-cheat, or abuse investigation logs for a limited time
  • data that no longer identifies you (aggregated or anonymized data)
  • information we must keep for legal or regulatory reasons

We use retained data only for the purposes that justify keeping it.

How to request deletion

You can request account deletion using any of these methods:

### Option 1 — Email

1. Send an email to **sherifbakr74@gmail.com**

2. Use the subject line: **PewPew Plants Account Deletion**

3. Include:

- your **User ID** and **Server ID** (found in the Game’s Settings)

- the Google or Facebook account or email used to sign in, if any

4. We will confirm your request and may ask for extra details to verify ownership

5. We will process verified requests within **30 days**

### Option 2 — In the Game

1. Open PewPew Plants

2. Go to **Settings → Customer Support** (or the support option in the Game)

3. Ask to delete your account and associated data

4. Provide your User ID and Server ID when asked

5. We will verify your request and process it within **30 days**

### Option 3 — In-Game Floating Window

1. Open PewPew Plants

2. Open the in-game floating window for **Delete Account**

3. Follow the on-screen steps and confirm your deletion request

4. We will verify and process your request within **30 days**

Delete some data only

If you want to delete specific data without closing your whole account (for example, a support ticket), email **sherifbakr74@gmail.com** and describe what you want removed. We will respond based on applicable law and what is technically possible.

Google Play users

If you downloaded PewPew Plants from Google Play:

  • **App:** PewPew Plants
  • **Package name:** com.plantdefense.gp
  • **Developer:** LayNetGames (MORHALL DESIGN SERVICES LTD)
