These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you download, install, or play **PewPew Plants** (the “Game”). By using the Game, you agree to these Terms.

About the Game

PewPew Plants is a mobile game published by LayNetGames (MORHALL DESIGN SERVICES LTD). The Google Play package name is **com.plantdefense.gp**.

Who can play

You must meet the minimum age required in your country to use the Game and make purchases. If you are under the age of majority, you need permission from a parent or guardian.

Your license

We give you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to play the Game for entertainment. You may not copy, modify, sell, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Game except where the law allows.

Your account

  • You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure
  • You may sign in with Google or Facebook. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies
  • We may suspend or close accounts that cheat, abuse others, break these Terms, or break the law
  • Virtual currency and items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money outside the Game

Fair play

Do not:

  • cheat, use hacks, bots, or unauthorized tools
  • exploit bugs or interfere with servers
  • harass or harm other players
  • try to access accounts or systems without permission

We may investigate and take action, including warnings, restrictions, or permanent bans.

Purchases

In-app purchases are handled by **Google Play**. Prices and taxes are shown before you confirm payment.

  • Purchases are generally final, except where Google Play or local law requires a refund
  • We may change prices, offers, or virtual items at any time
  • If your account is closed for violations, you may lose virtual items without refund, except where the law requires otherwise

Ads

The Game may show ads, including rewarded video ads through Google AdMob. Ad partners may collect device and interaction data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your content

If the Game lets you set a name or send messages, you are responsible for what you share. Do not post personal information in public game channels. We may remove content that breaks these Terms or the law.

Service availability

We may update, change, or stop parts of the Game at any time. The Game is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

Our content

The Game, art, music, characters, and trademarks belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you ownership of any of them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of the Game. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you made no purchases.

Some countries do not allow certain limitations, so these limits may not apply to you.

Ending your use

You can stop playing at any time. We may end or restrict access if you break these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise. EU and UK consumers may also have rights to bring claims in their country of residence.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms, unless the law requires otherwise.
